Our average production is 5-10 business days.  Turnaround time begins when payment is received in full and proof approval has been received. 

Elon Creations will not be held accountable for missed deadlines due to weather conditions, power outages, back orders or error from distributors, shipping or anything that is out of our control. Elon Creations will notify you of any problems that may arise and will work with you to reach a solution.

We require 50% down on all custom orders and bulk orders. This also speeds processing and eases delivery/pickup without the need to make a second payment to us when your order is ready. 

 At this present time we only ship to residents and businesses in the United States of America. 

We will send an email with all your shipping information including tracking number. 

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you haven't received it; we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

If the recipient's address was wrong, then you are held responsible. Usually, the package is sent back to the return address. We will send you a notice once your order arrives back to us.

New shipping charges will be applied for orders  returned by the recipient, or had an incorrect address originally provided.

If the package was not returned to our facility, then you would have to place a new order to replace the original.

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to customerservice@eloncreations.com then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
