Return Policy
Contact Customer Service to submit your return or refund request. Contact customer service by telephone or email.
Given the nature of items sold, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges unless order was damaged or defective. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with any discrepancies.
If 3 days have passed since your purchase, exchange only. If you are unhappy with your order, we will do our best to make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Customers will be responsible for return shipping cost.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on custom design orders.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All orders are filled 3 to 5 business days after order placed and processed. Custom orders may have different processing times.
Please allow 7-10 business days to receive order from the time was placed.
We are not responsible for any shipping delays, lost packages, or damage packages.
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FED EX. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number within 24 hours. Elon Creations will not be responsible for shipping errors, undeliverable address, bad weather, or any other problems with transit. The transit time is not included in the turnaround time. Please account of transit time when placing your order. Elon Creations assumes no responsibility for goods once they leave our store.
Express shipping is available at customers expense.
Delivery option available at an additional cost within the Tulsa area.
COVID-19 delivery alert: due to limited transportation availability as a result o nationwide COVID-19 impacts package delivery times may be extended.
Tracking number will be provided once order has shipped.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When item(s) become available we will ship the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping cost.
Custom Orders
All custom orders placed will require a 50% deposit to be paid before work will begin. Reminding payment due before order is shipped or schedule pick date. *if orders are not picked up within 60 days items will be discarded.
Delivery
There is a delivery charge starting at $20 per order depending on location. Delivery is available Tulsa area only.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select "Remember Me", your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can see and edit that information.
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
